Family-Friendly Experience at Riad ColombeHaving recently stayed at Riad Colombe in Moulay Idriss with my wife and two teenage sons, I can genuinely say it was a perfect family retreat. Mohamed, our host, welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home from the outset. Our stay in the top-floor room was comfortable, albeit a bit snug for a family of four. The en-suite bathroom was functional, and the hot water shower provided a refreshing escape after our daily adventures. The room's proximity to the terrace, with its stunning views of Moulay Idriss, was a fantastic bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed the home-cooked Moroccan dinner, which catered splendidly to our vegetarian preferences-a highlight for our family. The breakfast spread each morning fueled our exploration, allowing us to venture to nearby Volubilis, just a brisk walk away. The location is ideal for families, providing a safe, authentic Moroccan experience. It's worth noting the short walk to the Riad; while manageable, it may be a consideration for those with larger luggage or younger children. Riad Colombe offered a welcoming atmosphere for an immersive family getaway, making it easy to explore the wonderful local culture and history. Highly recommended for families seeking adventure and comfort.
